I never thought I’d say this, but hopefully the rest of the Mets will follow Louie’s example:

He was coming off a horrible season and came into this season with something to prove. Next season the Mets will have about 20 guys in the same boat.

Very good. I kind of like the way this played out. They got a nice long look at him. Took their time coming to the conclusion, but there is still time for him to come out of the pen and, perhaps, rebuild some confidence.

He has nothing to be ashamed of. No crime in being unsuited to the rotation.

I liked the finale, also. Very cool how Sam took care of the situation. And so glad that Eggz won’t be back next season. Hated him. I just wish that they had taken care of Tara as well! :-)

That would be the obvious choice. And that’s what I was thinking.

But they are setting Eric up for a bigger and more sympathetic role in the story. Maybe it is somebody else and Sookie will have no choice except to ally herself with Eric and the Queen to get him back.

I hope so. She has much better chemistry with Eric than with Bill. :-)
