It’s time for a sacrifice. Only way we beat this streak of fundamentally poor baseball

Tim McCarver was even going OFF yesterday. If you cant play fundamental baseball then the manager and his whole team needs to GO!!!!
The team needs to be blown up.
I can not even watch anymore. yes they have has some injuries but enough is enough.
Jerry and HoJo need to go. get Bobby V back in here or anyone right now. Gary carter???
What a disgrace

Mets aren’t going to pay 3 managers and 2 GMs o run the team and it took Willie sayin some pretty big faux pas to get him canned. So we’re still going to be stuck with Jerry’s kids.
Omar continues to say the trade market is unattractive or unenticing, well the same can easily be said for the current team.
Let’s see a more dispassionate display from Johan today because when he displays too much emotion that’s bad as opposed to last year when no one displayed emotion and frustration from playin losing ball, that was bad too.

Frankly, I think the prices are just too high for anyone who is available. But you never know.
I also have issues with Omar saying, “what happens when all these players come back?”
I think he’s speaking directly about Delgado. He’s making a HUGE assumption that CD
will simply come back strong and pick off where he left off. HUGE assumption.
ARod had hip surgery and it’s taken him a long time to get back to normal.

Shea is right! Injuries are no excuse for the sloppy play of this team
EXCEPT in the cases where guys are playing out of position.

Ding! Ding! Ding! And Arod is 3 or 4 years younger.
I know they had similar injuries but did they get the same surgery? From what I recall ARod got a procedure that merely tides him over for the season but will need another one after the Yanks fall short of the WS again.

Hojo, Shines and Alicea need to go. That covers the hitting coach, the outfield/third base coach and infield coach/first base coach. Obviously fundamentals don’t exist.

Gary Carter? I don’t think so, NJ.
Bobby V? Definitely a possibility!!!!
