Displaced Met Fan :(
Hi Everyone. My name is James. And I am a Displaced Met Fan :( I live in in SoCal and will be looking to carpool (to be green and I am cheap) to Met games in LA, SD, Arizona, and possibly SF this summer so I started looking online for a site that would help me find people like myself and to no avail, could not. Thus I started a forum for people to connect with each other to travel to Met games this summer. I’m in San Diego. Let me know if you want to meet up for the Mets series in San Diego.
Also we are looking at doing a DestinationGeek in San Francisco in May I think it is.
I am in for all the games in SD. I am debating on driving or flying up to SF for that weekend series. It depends if I find people to go up with. I will stay in touch as the series’ get closer.

Umm if you could read it correctly… people would travel to Philadelphia from NY for Met games to root for the ‘2009 NL East Champs’ aka the New York Mets… Why would people road trip as Met fans to Philly to root for Philly? Sorry I didn’t spell it out for you.
Also in SoCAL and get to every game out here, including the sweep of the Dodgers in the postseason, in which I almost got killed.
I have a Media Center with MLB.TV just for my Amazin’s. Cheers.
Sweet I will be attending the Monday and Wednesday games at Dodger Stadium in May. We should meet up there so we have strength in numbers!!
