Man, that Kingsport team can hit

bravejam riot - Kingsport was losing that game 9-0, and scored 2 seemingly harmless runs in the 8th.

And then they exploded in the bottom of the 9th inning for TEN runs, finished by the game-winning 3-run HR by Rogelio de Campo to complete their remarkable comeback.

Check out the end of the game. Remarkable. They scored their last 8 runs with 2 out in the 9th.

Any serious reason Wilmer Flores didnt play? Promoted to the show?

Pagan got 2 hits in Brooklyn. Wonder of he batted righty or lefty?

10 runs in the tenth by Kingsports…without Flores!

    Oh man wow!

metsminorleagueblog says flores may have an oblique injury. MRI today.

Shea, 8 innings were thrown by leftys which means Pagan must have batted righty. However, he only had 2 AB’s in the game and left the game in the bottom of the 3rd after his AB in the top of the 3rd.

    Doesn’t sound very encouraging. :(

    yup re: Fez

Lopez said Flores was held out of the line-up as a precautionary measure and is day-to-day. “He’s not feeling well. I think he’s got something with his stomach like a pulled oblique. He’ll be re-evaluated tomorrow.”…

No it doesn’t. You saw all that controversy about pagan saying he had a torn labrum and the Mets denying it. Omar better be on the phone! pronto!

Went to the Binghamton Mets game to see Orlando Hernandez pitch. Seem him pitch one inning and leave with an injury to his right foot. Man, as much as I love Binghamton and the players we get sent down.. maybe it’s time to skip Binghamton. First Alou with the injury in a B-Mets uniform, now Hernandez. Please never send us Reyes or Wright back to Binghamton.. they’ll be out the entire year with cramps or something dumb.. ughh frustrating.
